5 ways to have food trucks at your wedding

Wondering how the food truck trend would work at your wedding? Here are five perfect places within your wedding day to fit in a little – or a lot – of great food.

Wake up call
Start your day out right by having brunch driven in before everyone gets dressed up. Breakfast burritos, pastries, coffee and juices will make everyone smile, and you’ll make sure everyone’s eaten before the ceremony (i.e., nobody will faint during the vows!).

Between the scenes
If there’s lag time between your ceremony and reception, bring in the food trucks! Treat guests carnival-theme treats like pronto pups, giant pretzels, popcorn, ice cream and cotton candy.

Work up an appetite
Even if you’re having a catered dinner, you can still give your guests the food truck experience. Make your appetizers sliders, egg rolls, tiny pizzas, fries and other food truck specialties.

Main event
Have a variety of food trucks cater your entire wedding meal. Choose a theme, like southern barbecue, and invite trucks to come and show off their specialties, like mac and cheese, beans, mashed potatoes and sweet tea.

Late Show
After all that dancing and celebrating, guests will need a treat before they hit the road. Have a food truck set up to serve them cookies and milk, hot donuts and coffee, or specialty burgers.

Unique idea – have personalized napkins, coasters, treat bags and cute striped straws at each food truck!
