Saw it, tried it… crushed it!

DIY St. Patrick's Day wreath
We saw this project on a cute little blog called The House That Lars Built and thought St. Patrick’s Day was exactly the occasion (and motivation) we needed to replace our wintery evergreen wreath. We’re positive Christmas was only like a month ago, right?

We followed the tutorial to a T, but added an initial to the center of the wreath for a little extra flair. We painted the wooden letter with metallic gold spray paint and secured it using hot glue.

You won’t even need little leprechauns to help you with this craft. It’s that easy!

Supplies:
– tinsel wreath
– moss (we got ours for 40% off at Michael’s)
– hot glue gun
– scrap paper
– scissors
– floral cutter
– wooden initial (optional)

Cost? About $12 (we had the gold paint on hand)

Time? Less than 2 hours
