A Networking Success Story

A Networking Success Story

We love hearing about dealer success and are happy to share a story that includes not one, but two of our dealers! Sue, an account relations specialist in our Sales Generation department, has been working with Valerie from I Do! and Jen from Jen’s Invites for quite some time. In 2017, both dealers had informed Sue they were looking to see if anyone wanted to reach out and share business advice. With the help of Sue, these two dealers were able to connect!

Since then, the two business women have been helping each other with ways to improve their businesses through best practices and also being each other’s confidant. Jen says, “We aren’t in competition with each other based on where we are both located, we are more like partners who help and listen to one another.”

Over the past few months, Jen helped Valerie create her first custom invitation and Valerie helped Jen try new marketing strategies with her business to stay organized and stay in contact with her customers.

Their collaboration has gone so well that Valerie actually flew out to see Jen in person! They are both looking forward to growing their business relationship and plan on attending upcoming stationery events together.

We are extremely excited to see what the future has to hold for Jen and Valerie!

This is AMAZING and TERRIFIC! I love it and highly recommend it. I HAD been looking for something just like this years ago. Now that I am in semi-retirement I am glad that these ladies are open to help each other. I have helped other startups in the past and it is always a good idea to spread good business practices without worrying about the competition. We should be working together to improve the industry as well as go to bat for and protect the Dealer’s client base and interests… esp with the vast (internet) options out there, and some not so favorable for our customers, who walk in dejected, looking to us to fix what the “internet” produced. Thanks Sue!
