Embossing and Debossing
The embossing process: Pressing a die into the back of paper to create a raised image on the front
The result: Elegance you can see AND feel!
The debossing process: Pressing designs and color into paper
The result: An elegant, textured look you’ll love.
The look: Raised embossed designs and deeply debossed impressions create all-over patterns or subtle accents to invitation papers. Embossing and debossing is usually reserved for borders and panel designs with no printing; flat areas within textured designs are often reserved for printing wording. Luxurious looks are created with embossed wraps, bands and layers paired with printed cards.
The price point per 100: Budget ($225) to Luxury ($350) – which means you can have a beautifully embossed or debossed wedding invitation not matter what your budget!
