What a wonderful opportunity it is to be a bridesmaid or matron of honor! With this role, comes a little bit of responsibility. After all, you want to be the best MOH that you can be. Here are a few things to keep in mind while assisting the bride with all the wedding details:
- Be enthusiastic – let the bride know you have her back no matter what and that you can’t wait for her big day.
- Always be there – this can be hard with a busy schedule, but remember to be there as much as you can. The bride will appreciate it more than you know!
- Throw the best bridal shower and bachelorette party – make sure all of the brides likes, wants and needs are incorporated into the pre wedding celebrations. These parties are all about her of course!
- Keep her calm – There will be lots of butterflies on the big day! Keep the bride calm as much as possible before walking down the aisle (a glass of champagne wouldn’t hurt).
