Hey guys! Amy here – music lover and Zumba addict. I’m super excited to start writing content for our new blog! I’m happy to share the insight and knowledge that I’ve gained from working in this industry (which I love, by the way). I’ll be sharing my expertise (and love) for the latest and greatest in the world of invitations. My years working in event marketing have not only been a blast, they have given me tons of ideas to share with you guys! This job allows me to do so many different things – one of which is writing for all of you fine folks! I’d like to introduce myself so you all have a face behind the writing. Here are a few things you may not (OK, definitely don’t) know about me:
I love staying active. This includes anything from volleyball to Zumba class. That being said, I also love food. I love to cook and I’m always up for trying a new recipe – Better Homes and Gardens, Martha Stewart Living and, of course, Pinterest always have my back in that category. My favorite food? Crab legs – all you can eat, baby!
I’m obsessed with the color purple – specifically eggplant purple. I love my two black labs and cat, who get spoiled like humans. When I’m not pampering my pets, you can find me listening to music. There’s virtually everything and anything on my iPod – I LOVE music and I have artists ranging from Frank Sinatra and The Eagles to Katy Perry and Tim McGraw on my iPod at all times.
