4 tips for reducing holiday greeting card stress

Holiday greeting cards are sent out each holiday season to friends and family to catch everyone up on what’s been going on. But with a long list of recipients, the process can sometimes be stressful. Here are a few tips to decrease your stress when sending out your cards:

Update addresses
Go through your address book and update the names and addresses of everyone on your holiday list. You don’t want to send out a card without realizing that the person you sent it to moved four months ago.

Give yourself time
Start early so that you have enough time to come up with a first draft for the family holiday letter. Once you’ve read it over and proofread it, print out the final version on festive paper.

Let Carlson Craft help
Carlson Craft’s List Personalization Services addresses all of your envelopes for you. So if you have a very long list of recipients, you can take a deep breath. All you have to do is hop online and send us the addresses, and you can rest assured that each address will be accurately and beautifully printed.

Have extra cards on-hand
After you’ve mailed your holiday cards, it’s best to have a few extras nearby just in case you remember someone you forgot to put on your list. This way, you won’t leave anyone out.
